The Holmes Family has been very busy lately enjoying every bit of the outdoors that they could. Patrick and Ashley really wanted a kayak to kick off the warm weather months. This really worried Lola... What was she supposed to do while Mom and Dad were out enjoying the water and all the animals along the water?????

Although Lola makes a great coxswain dog and keeps Ashley and Patrick in sync, she told us that she didn't think she'd be a successful skier, and that she wanted us to go on our ski trip without her. Patrick and Ashley drove Lola to her Grandparents, and headed west!

BEAVER CREEK may have good snow, but that's not what we will remember about our trip... Any mountain that provides daily free warm chocolate chip cookies at 3:00 and free champagne toasts at 3:30 will always have a special place in our hearts!
