This past weekend, Patrick, Ashley, & Lola headed to Fredericksburg for a Holmes/Dameron reunion! It was a weekend filled with boating, games, museum trips, good food, great pets, and perfect weather.

The special guests of honor on the trip were Debbi's 9 painted lady butterflies which were all in the process of hatching... Despite her reluctance to say goodbye, she decided that Virginia would be a good place for them to stretch their new wings...

The weekend finished up with some friendly yet competitive cornhole. Ashley and Patrick were the grand champions, however each and every game came down to the wire...
Long trips like these, although fun, result in very tired puppies. Lola has enough energy to climb up the stairs, and then almost immediately falls asleep
