First Ride in a Convertible, First Time on a Slide

Tonight we decided to take our little Lola out for a ride with the top down and out for some dinner at a dog-friendly restaurant. Although Lola couldn't initially decide if she liked it or not, before long she was hanging her head outside like a pro.

 

Although Lola did not have any food with us at dinner, she did have her very own pig's ear and a big bowl of water to keep her busy. Besides, how can a puppy even think of food when all those people are walking by!

After dinner, Lola kept asking to go to the playground and we finally relented. When we tried to tell her that slides were only for humans, she responded by marching straight up and then sliding/running right back at us!

 

After a good workout/play time, we gladly hopped back in the car, and went home to rest up for the big football game tomorrow...
